2: The Contract

After securing your reservation by phone or email, we will send you a contract and an invoice. 

3: Payment

In most cases, you will be asked for a deposit. The balance will be due on or before your show date(s). Payment can be made by credit card, check, or cash. Please let us know if there are circumstances where a deposit will not be possible for your group. We will try to work with you.
