IMPORTANT!!! BUS INFORMATION!!!
PLEASE READ!!!
1: There is limited Palm Beach County School District funding for the free buses. Immediately after you book a field trip, you must get it approved by the principal or administrator at your school AND have the bookkeeper or person in charge of arranging for the buses submit the paperwork to the district. The busing info is in Bulletin #P-13653-C\K12C. The bus code is on the TR71 screen, FUND – DF, SubFund – District. We have been told that the bus money will be allocated based on the district approval date, so the sooner the paperwork is submitted, the better chance you have of receiving the free buses. It is the responsibility of each school to submit the paperwork in a timely manner. Please have the bookkeeper check within a week of submission, and frequently thereafter to make sure the approval is being processed.
2: There may be a limited amount of funding through another grant for schools to receive money to pay for buses to the Playhouse. Please email us at info@locomotiontheatre.com to see if your school would be eligible to apply for these funds. We are not sure at this point if there will be funds available for 2019-20. We'll post here when we know.
